Mid-Terms Went Home Today

Just a heads up that mid-term reports went home today.  Please try to get them signed and returned to me before Wednesday this week.  I was very proud of how well all of my students did. Each of them has been working so hard throughout the year, and I can't wait to see where they'll be come May.

     Here are some weekly reminders:
-Half Day on Friday (Elementary Schools are dismissed at 12:45)
-Woodford County Homecoming is Friday, wear your black and gold.
-Fall Break is October 4th through 8th, enjoy the week off with your families!
-Our first FIELD TRIP is October 28th.  We're headed to Ft. Harrod State Park.  Parents, if you'd like to chaperone, please let me know.  Just a reminder, to be a chaperone, you'll have to get a background check completed with the front office.  If you stop in during the school day, one of the secretaries in the front office can assist you.

Joke of the Week (See Mr. Piercey for the answer)
What did the Big Flower say to the Little Flower?

Thanks again for all each of you do.  Your help is always appreciated.
     Mr. Piercey
